About the role

  • The Synthetic Turf Field Installer is responsible for performing a variety of physical labor tasks related to the installation of synthetic turf fields under the direction of a Site Superintendent/Foreman.
  • This role involves hands-on work, precision cutting, and attention to detail, and requires regular overnight travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project
  • Support the final job site walk-through to ensure installation quality
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or project manager
  • Collaborate with team members to support overall project goals
  • Participate in cross-functional duties and provide support to colleagues when needed

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Clean criminal background required

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in construction or field installation is preferred but not required
