About the role

A Contract Manager will provide on-site advice to Accenture's business/client units and project teams on contract management and policy compliance matters.
You may also be responsible for more than one engagement or, alternatively, be full-time on a single engagement (depending on the size/complexity of the agreement).
The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.

You will initiate, track and monitor contract changes, deliverables, correspondence, and risks, and maintain associated documentation.
Identifies risks and issues, suggests alternatives that lead to the best solution.
Reviews and manages contractual obligations of the parties and provides continual review to ensure that all terms and conditions are met.
Develops and integrates contract management tools, templates, methods, and processes for the engagement.

U.S. Citizenship required
Bachelor's Degree
7 years of contract management experience in a Federal Government contracting environment experience
Experience in managing reseller agreements, asset management, and software licensing/procurement is desired
Ability to obtain security clearance

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont,
$95,700 - $211,700 USD
