About the role

  • A Contract Manager will provide on-site advice to Accenture's business/client units and project teams on contract management and policy compliance matters.
  • You may also be responsible for more than one engagement or, alternatively, be full-time on a single engagement (depending on the size/complexity of the agreement).
  • The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.

Responsibilities

  • You will initiate, track and monitor contract changes, deliverables, correspondence, and risks, and maintain associated documentation.
  • Identifies risks and issues, suggests alternatives that lead to the best solution.
  • Reviews and manages contractual obligations of the parties and provides continual review to ensure that all terms and conditions are met.
  • Develops and integrates contract management tools, templates, methods, and processes for the engagement.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7 years of contract management experience in a Federal Government contracting environment experience
  • Experience in managing reseller agreements, asset management, and software licensing/procurement is desired
  • Ability to obtain security clearance

Compensation

  • The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont,
  • $95,700 - $211,700 USD
