Responsibilities
- Create and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and other negotiation resources.
- Drive legal automation efforts to help scale our work and bring greater efficiency to the negotiation process.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, leaders, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- You have 6+ years of legal experience, in house or at a law firm.
- You have strong commercial contracting and/or other transactional experience with a solid understanding of contract law principles.
- You are a clear communicator who ensures your stakeholders understand the purpose and reasoning behind decisions.
- You are self-motivated, pragmatic, reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
- You are available to work from our San Francisco office.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
