About the role

  • Analyze community metrics and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Hands-on experience in community operations and digital engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the lifecycle of community content: creation, migration, review, and audit.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve community processes and user experience.
  • Help implement community engagement programs, including badges and advocacy initiatives.
  • Provide operational support for community roadmap projects, including test case writing and user acceptance testing.
  • Opportunity to contribute to initiatives that enhance customer success and technical support.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, Science, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global, cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • experience with CoPilot and Power Automate is desired.
  • Familiarity with online communities, knowledge management, and customer support platforms is a plus.
  • The intern pay rate for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hour plus eligibility for paid holidays and medical benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
