About the role

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the assembly of Envipco's Reverse Vending Machines in our US facility.
This includes leading a team of mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblers in the production of new and refurbished equipment.
Monitor the assembly of components and machines across all platforms to ensure compliance with Envipco's quality standards and the goal of delivering machines to Quality Inspection 'Right the First Time'.

Lead the production line in daily operations in the assembly of new and refurbished Reverse Vending Machines.
Assist Production with troubleshooting mechanical or Electro-Mechanical issues and collaborate with Quality and/or Engineering to ensure their resolution.
Instill and maintain a positive team atmosphere on the production line.
Able to communicate effectively with diverse personalities, Assist management with conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback and offering support for employee development.

Must have manufacturing assembly line experience Summary Envipco is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Production Supervisor.
Become proficient in all Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical Assemblies to function as the primary trainer of new team members and assist as an assembler/operator as required.

Must have the ability to multitask and be flexible enough to deal with directional shifts, as schedules may change due to new customer orders and changing demand.
