Deliver engaging hands-on and classroom-based training in fire safety, fire response, and surgical fire prevention, demonstrating strong communication and instructional skills.
Act as a primary point of contact for client engagements, establish trust, build long-term partnerships, and ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
Stay current with evolving regulations, accreditation standards, and industry best practices to ensure cutting-edge client support.
Ability to maintain a high level of productivity under pressure, with competing priorities and deadlines
Demonstrate the ability to exercise good judgment and effectively manage communications
Desire to grow client engagements and develop business

A Bachelor's degree in fire safety, emergency management, fire protection, fire science, safety, or related degree is preferred.
An associate's degree coupled with experience will be considered.

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting and not a guarantee of compensation.
National Pay Range
$115,000 - $130,000 USD

Effectively coordinate and run meetings/workshops/exercises with local/regional healthcare and emergency response partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new service offerings, thought leadership content, and client education initiatives.
As necessary, effectively coordinate and facilitate training and exercises with local/regional healthcare and emergency response partners
