Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging hands-on and classroom-based training in fire safety, fire response, and surgical fire prevention, demonstrating strong communication and instructional skills.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client engagements, establish trust, build long-term partnerships, and ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay current with evolving regulations, accreditation standards, and industry best practices to ensure cutting-edge client support.
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity under pressure, with competing priorities and deadlines
- Demonstrate the ability to exercise good judgment and effectively manage communications
- Desire to grow client engagements and develop business
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Nice to have
- A Bachelor's degree in fire safety, emergency management, fire protection, fire science, safety, or related degree is preferred.
- An associate's degree coupled with experience will be considered.
Compensation
- Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting and not a guarantee of compensation.
- National Pay Range
- $115,000 - $130,000 USD
