About the role
- Protect sensitive information through metadata management and data loss prevention
- Provide end‑to‑end PDF management, including creation, editing, redaction, binder assembly, and documen Lite t security
- Your mandate is not incremental improvement.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand buying behavior across segments and regions
- Lead the application of AI to improve secure collaboration and document publishing workflows
- Shape positioning, packaging, and messaging to support expansion
- Litera may use artificial intelligence and automated tools as part of the recruitment and hiring process to support activities such as resume review, candidate matching, and workflow efficiency.
- These tools are designed to assist, not replace, human decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of revenue‑impacting products
- Experience with collaboration, document management, security, or publishing workflows
- Familiarity with AI‑enabled product capabilities and platform evolution
Nice to have
- Experience in legal technology or adjacent regulated industries preferred
Compensation
- This position has a base salary range of $140,000 to $175,000 CAD, with additional eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus and benefits.
