About the role
- The Heavy Equipment Mechanic is responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical aspects of equipment and components according to defined specifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on fleet
- Lubricate, service, diagnose, repair, assemble, and maintain various other large construction equipment according to the maintenance schedule
- May perform other related duties as assigned
- Together, we successfully implement quality construction projects, with an embedded environmental focus, that enhance communities for generations.
Requirements
- Must have successfully completed 2yr.
- Ability to work outdoors in difficult conditions caused by snow, dust, temperature changes, and weather
- Ability to use workplace technology
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Maintain accurate records of all service, repair, and other work as required
- As our Heavy Equipment Apprentice Mechanic, you can expect to be engaged in the day-to-day operations.
