About the role

This role is responsible for shaping the creative vision, narrative, and guest experience across multiple attractions and lands.

The Creative Director works in close collaboration with IP stakeholders, narrative teams, and cross-disciplinary design and production teams to ensure creative alignment and excellence from concept through execution.
The Creative Director will lead the development of guest facing attractions, experiences and environments within lands of the theme park.
Lead the development of attraction narratives in collaboration with IP holders and internal narrative teams.
Ensure all story elements align with brand guidelines and deliver compelling guest experiences.
Maintain awareness of all creative assets and current design issues across assigned lands and attractions.
Collaborate with illustrators and concept artists to define the visual tone of each attraction or land.
Guide the creative development of marquee and interior signage to support storytelling and guest navigation.
Attraction & Experience Design Oversight
Assign and manage designers to ensure alignment with the overall creative strategy.

10+ years of experience in themed entertainment, attraction design, or related creative industries.
Proven track record of leading creative development for large-scale themed environments or attractions.
Proficiency in visual development tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Unreal Engine, Bluebeam).

Creative Vision & Storytelling
Oversee the creation of storyboards, mood boards, key art, and narrative documents to establish the creative vision.
