Responsibilities

- You will evaluate existing solutions to collaborate on technical decisions, determine projects and resource schedules, while monitoring project timelines and ensuring that team milestones and goals are met.
Requirements
- Experience with SaaS is an asset.
- Bilingual Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec.

- Your responsibilities The Software Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development efforts and day to day challenges of teams responsible for developing, deploying and maintaining SaaS software and help them perform at their highest level.
- You will manage a team of highly skilled and experienced developers with substantial track records at Tecsys and support them through the ongoing evolution of development practices, including the effective and responsible adoption of AI-assisted software engineering to improve productivity, quality, and delivery.
