- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on EdTech trends, K-12 customer needs, and competitive landscape; translate insights into actionable strategies.
Responsibilities
- The Director of Product Marketing will lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives that drive adoption and growth of i -Ready's assessment solutions.
- This role will define positioning and messaging, lead high-impact product launches, and ensure sales and service teams are equipped with compelling, differentiated stories that drive adoption and impact.
- This is a highly cross-functional leadership role that partners closely with Product, Research, Sales, Growth Marketing, IST enablement, and Revenue Operations to bring assessment solutions to market with clarity, consistency, and measurable results.
- Drive launch plans for new products and features, ensuring cross-functional alignment and successful execution.
- Oversee creation of product-related content (web, collateral, presentations, case studies) to support demand generation and thought leadership.
- Partner with Customer Success to identify and showcase educator and district success stories that demonstrate product impact.
- Manage and mentor a team of product marketers, fostering growth and professional development.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment on product strategy and messaging.
Nice to have
- Extensive experience in product marketing, portfolio marketing, or go-to-market leadership
- Strong ability to translate research, data, and market insights into clear, compelling assessment narratives
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations
- Experience owning product launches and sales enablement for sophisticated or research-backed products
- Analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs and using performance data to guide decisions
- People leadership experience, with a focus on coaching, strategic growth, and high standards
- Experience in the K-12 assessment market, with a strong understanding of assessment buyer personas, procurement cycles and offerings.

Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.

Compensation
- Pay Range - This role's range is $110,500 - $196,500.
- The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy.
- Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets.
- At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case.
- The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
