Responsibilities

  • Contribute to Project Success: Document field observations to aid in project success and drive continuous improvement, ensuring our projects are always top-notch.
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and staff.
  • Able to perform manual labor, lift and carry 60 pounds, work in confined spaces, and under inclement weather conditions.

  • Travel Support: Lodging expenses covered and company vehicle provided.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of underground wet utility construction experience is required.
  • Prior experience with repair and construction of stormwater infrastructure, concrete structures, rebar and concrete finishing, underground piping, and detention/retention basins is required.
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment (Skid Loader, Mini-Excavator, etc.)
  • Ability to do frequent out-of-town regional travel (85% or more travel required)
  • Regional Travel: Required, typically 85% or more through company vehicle.

Compensation

  • $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • Multiple Ways to Earn: Weekly pay, paid travel expenses, per diem, performance-based spot bonuses, and annual pay raises.
