About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the development and scaling of OneOncology's clinical data assets to support evidence generation, real world data, and precision medicine services
- Play a leading role in scaling the use of AI to support clinical data capture and structuring, including supporting model inputs, feature development, and validation analytics
- Partner with data engineering and software engineering teams to define data models, consumption layers, and analytics requirements
- We are looking for talented and highly-motivated individuals who demonstrate a natural desire to improve and build new processes that support the meaningful work of independent physicians and the patients they serve.

- Proficiency in SQL
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies a plus
- Familiarity with EHR and clinical data a plus
- Familiarity with PowerBI or other data visualization tools a plus
- An analytical mindset and the determination to find pragmatic solutions
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-5 years relevant work experience
