About the role
- The Faropoint Investments Team is expanding, and we are looking for an ambitious and motivated Senior Property Manager to cover our Dallas Region.
- The ideal candidate would have 3-6 years of Property Management experience, looking to expand their knowledge and experience to Real Estate Private Equity.
Responsibilities
- Manage industrial assets from a property management perspective. This may include: tenant support, written reports, updating tech platforms, record keeping, and tenant relations.
- Partner cross-functionally with Property Management and Asset Management teams to align on leasing priorities, capital projects, and portfolio performance objectives.
- Maintain by scheduling ongoing routine maintenance. Coordinate maintenance technicians and construction management schedules. Prepare and coordinate bid proposals, service contracts, and invoices. Assist in scheduling tenants' maintenance requests.
- Prepare and code invoices for PM/AM approval. Manage and assist in accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Lead workflows conducting transaction analysis and due diligence for new acquisitions and onboarding new.
- Manage industrial assets from a property management perspective.

- Self-starter who independently drives projects to completion by self-sourcing information and leveraging all available resources.

Requirements
- Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Property Manager in the industrial/commercial real estate industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Real Estate or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to give and take direction and to interface with decision makers in a professional manner while maintaining confidentiality.
- Knowledge of finance concepts including an understanding of financial statements.
- Personal and professional integrity of the highest order required.
