Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Product Manager in agile/Scrum environments, preferably in B2B enterprise software
  • Airline industry experience is an asset, but not required
  • CSPO, PSPO or equivalent (or higher) is an asset, but not required

Compensation

  • The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $160,000 annually.
  • In addition to salary, new hires may be eligible to receive stock options.
  • The salary range shared is intended as a guide; the final salary offered may vary based on factors including the experience and skillset of the candidate.

Overview As a Product Manager at Air-tek, you'll play a key role in delivering high-impact enterprise software to top-tier global airlines. Working closely with a cross-functional scrum team, you will translate product vision into well-defined user stories and ensure the team delivers high-quality, scalable features in alignment with customer needs and business priorities. In this hybrid role based in Toronto, you will be expected to work a minimum of three days per week in the office (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) to support agile ceremonies, collaboration with stakeholders, and rapid iteration
