Requirements

3+ years of professional editing experience
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, Lightroom for high-end photo manipulation and asset management.
Proven track record in social-first editing, demonstrating a deep understanding of pacing, hooks, and viral structures.
Experience with multi-camera workflows and professional-grade audio post-production.
Technical knowledge of file optimization, including resolution and format requirements for both print and digital media.
Bachelor's degree in Film, Production, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex project files, templates, and archives.
High-level time management, capable of meeting tight deadlines and balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
A diverse portfolio showcasing a blend of polished long-form edits and high-energy short-form social content.

Edit high-performing short-form content for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, prioritizing engagement, retention, and platform-specific trends.
Package full-length podcast episodes for our Building Buzz podcast, managing multi-camera cuts, audio cleanup, teaser clip and the integration of branded graphics.
