About the role
- We provide quality products and services backed by experienced wastewater and water treatment professionals who will ensure you get the most out of your water treatment system.
- Our knowledgeable staff is available to answer any questions you may have about our services or product.
- The technician will work on an assigned work schedule of 7:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. Monday - Friday, with the ability to work overtime hours as needed.
Responsibilities
- Document service actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records by using tools such as MOXO, Service Pro, and Microsoft Office
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to use general business software (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Excel, Adobe Acrobat) and hardware (smartphone/tablet, notebook computer, etc.)
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions, and follow OSHA, MSHA, DOT, DEQ, EPA, and other applicable safety and regulatory standards
- Able to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and unrestricted driver's license with acceptable MVR
- Ability and willingness to learn continuously through training and independently are essential for this position

Nice to have
- Small to medium water and sewer utility systems knowledge, troubleshooting ability and equipment maintenance experience is preferred
- Previous experience in mechanical, electrical, construction, or related fields is highly preferred
