About the role

  • The Plumbing Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing plumbing systems and pumps in commercial and industrial settings.
  • The technician will interact directly with customers, providing professional service and recommendations for system improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and inventory levels.
  • Leadership & Training: Mentor junior technicians and support SOP development for plumbing services.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and endure physical demands such as climbing, bending, and kneeling.
  • Must wear required PPE when necessary.
  • This role requires expertise in troubleshooting system issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring all work meets industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency with plumbing tools and troubleshooting techniques.

Nice to have

  • & Experience: High school diploma or GED
  • technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
  • OSHA 10 certification required
  • additional certifications preferred.
