About the role
- Reporting directly to the Western New York (WNY) Regional Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents searching for their next home.
- We are hiring one leasing agent for approximately 700 units across Lockport, North Tonawanda, Hamburg, and Buffalo.
- The highest concentration of these is located in Lockport and North Tonawanda, each featuring a dedicated local leasing office (Maplewood East Apartments and Roosevelt on Main Apartments).
Responsibilities

- We manage a portfolio of vintage, market-rate ranging from 12 to 191 units.
- Respond promptly to all new inquiries, converting leads to applicants
- Manage calendar, schedule tours, and conduct showings
- Quickly connects and builds relationships
Requirements
- Experience with property management and leasing software (preferred)
Compensation
- On-target earnings of $46,000-$71,000 annually, combining an hourly base of $18+ with meaningful performance-driven commissions per move-in.
