About the role

  • The position works collaboratively across operations, customer service, procurement, and IT to help improve the management of supply-chain business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Work with other staff members to maintain workload balances. Provide back-up support as necessary.
  • Support effective communication with all Hydrite departments where responsibilities overlap to ensure success of the branch team.
  • The Operations Analyst will be expected to guide partners/stakeholders towards the appropriate, scalable, and highest quality solutions
  • manage the delivery of those solutions
  • and ensure appropriate post-launch planning and execution including, but not limited to live site support, support for any handoffs and documentation of processes.
  • This role will leverage process-driven, analytical, technical, and financial management skills to create and maintain supply-chain solutions within Infor M3 and connected systems.
  • Ability to identify and create a business process, which is a formalized set of tasks and activities that helps accomplish specific business objectives.

Requirements

  • Must be able to sit for up to 4 hours at a time.
  • Ability to work on a computer for up to 4 hours at a time.
  • Must be able to lift 45 pounds on occasion.
  • Must be RCRA compliant.

Nice to have

  • 2-4+ years in ERP functional/business analysis or implementation with a supply-chain focus
  • Infor M3 preferred (SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics also considered).
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP, ISM CPSM, or Six Sigma certification.
  • Chemical, manufacturing, or distribution industry experience.
  • Familiarity with EDI order/ship/invoice flows and integration concepts (ION/BODs, APIs).
