- Growth Protocol is hiring a Growth Delivery Director to lead the deployment of our neuro-symbolic reasoning platform across enterprise client engagements. You will own the full client relationship from onboarding through expansion — translating complex business challenges into structured, high-impact workflows and ensuring clients realize measurable value
Responsibilities
- You will own the full client relationship from onboarding through expansion - translating complex business challenges into structured, high-impact workflows and ensuring clients realize measurable value from the platform.
- You will work directly with C-suite and senior stakeholders on problems like "Which high-growth category should we enter next?" or "How will tariff shifts impact our core portfolio?" - then partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and AI/ML teams to design and deploy the reasoning workflows that answer them.
Requirements
- 7+ years in consulting or solution delivery with hands-on technical depth in AI/ML deployment
- Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements with C-suite and senior executive clients
- Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML applications or intelligent workflows - including LLMs, RAG pipelines, forecasting models, or symbolic reasoning systems
- Ability to synthesize ambiguous business challenges into structured, actionable problem frames
- Experience working closely with engineering and product teams to scope and ship production-grade solutions
