About the role

  • As a Guest Services Team Member, you'll be the heart of our campground's hospitality experience.
  • You'll welcome guests, answer their questions, assist with reservations and check-ins, handle store sales, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone who visits.
  • Welcome with a Smile: Greet guests with enthusiasm, answer their questions, and assist with check-ins and check-outs.

Responsibilities

  • Keep it Organized: Maintain a clean and organized front office and store area.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with your fellow team members, alongside the Maintenance Lead to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, lift and carry 25 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds regularly.
  • Must be able to hear and speak clearly, and communicate comprehensively.
  • Must be able to use a computer keyboard and mouse, and be able to look at a computer screen, occasionally for prolonged periods of time.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 80%).
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb.
  • Problem-Solving Prowess: Ability to think on your feet and resolve guest issues effectively.
