About the role

In the Client Advisor role, you'll be the first point of connection for prospective clients, engaging them through outreach and guiding them through the early stages of the sales journey.
By keeping accurate records and supporting seamless handoffs to the broader sales team, you'll play a critical role in creating a smooth, well-coordinated pipeline and a positive first impression for every potential customer.
General Summary of Position Responsible for engaging prospective clients through outreach, conducting discovery conversations, and guiding them through the early stages of the sales process.

You'll lead thoughtful discovery conversations to understand their needs, maintain consistent follow-up, and ensure every interaction moves the opportunity forward.
Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records by documenting all client interactions, updates, and next steps to ensure a seamless and well-informed customer experience.
Facilitate smooth consultation handoffs by capturing key discovery insights, preparing Design Consultants with relevant client context, and proactively managing appointment recovery opportunities to support successful outcomes.
