About the role
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable ML pipelines, data processing workflows, and model deployment solutions.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams.
- Implement MLOps best practices for model monitoring, versioning, CI/CD, and automation.
- Develop APIs and services for AI model integration into applications.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference efficiency.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of MLOps tools and deployment frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience deploying production AI systems at scale.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and big data technologies is a plus.
- Relevant certifications or open-source contributions are a plus.
- Preferred Experience Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI applications.

- Work with large datasets and cloud-based AI/ML platforms.
- Conduct research and stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and frameworks.
