- You will oversee the processes, insights, and operational rigor that enable the successful commercialization of ARCALYST and future therapies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, design, modeling, and administration of the field IC program.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to ensure IC plans are competitive, equitable, motivating, and aligned to brand and corporate goals.
- Deliver timely and accurate IC reporting, payout calculations, and field communications to maintain trust and transparency.
- Own the development, maintenance, and optimization of sales force structure, territory alignments, and targeting strategies.
- Partner with other members of the Commercial Operations team to ensure seamless onboarding, training, and support for field teams across all systems, reports, and tools.
- Deliver high-quality operational processes and reports that support roster management, field credentialling, and access to data and insights.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop important relationships with key stakeholders, good conflict management and negotiation skills, ability to analyze complex issues to develop relevant and realistic plans and recommendations
Requirements
- Experience with implementing field CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Veeva, IQVIA OCE)
Nice to have
- Requires a BA or BS (MS or MBA preferred) with 8+ years of relevant sales effectiveness / sales force automation experience
- Pharmaceutical/Biotech or Lifesciences experience required
- Launch experience preferred

Compensation
- $210,000 - $230,000 USD
