Craft outbound emails to customers or internal partners regarding workers compensation; follow up via phone when necessary
Coordinate with other teams across Justworks and maintain an effective working relationship with broker, program administrator, and carrier
Perform other related duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have a desire to help others, a curiosity to learn, and an interest in streamlining operational procedures and processes between or within departments.

Experience using customer support technologies such as Zendesk, Talkdesk, JIRA, and confluence a plus

Minimum of 1 year of experience in an operations, insurance role, or customer service related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
You like working with people and helping others solve problems
Knowledge of workers compensation or the PEO industry preferred

The Workers Compensation Operations Associate will be responsible for assisting our Workers' Compensation Operations team with specific tasks to improve overall operational efficiency.

Provide accurate support and guidance to customers related to Justworks' Workers Compensation coverage, such as answering questions, providing certificates of insurance, and other related inquiries
