Responsibilities
- Implement best-in-class 3PL processes and procedures to maximize space u tilization and improve distribution and fulfillment efficiency.
- Develops and leads a high-performing team by setting clear expectations, investing in employee growth, and driving performance through structured coaching and development plans.
- Owns team capability and succession planning by partnering with cross-functional leaders to align talent development, training strategy, and long-term workforce needs with business objectives.
- Assign warehouse personnel according to schedule demand to support production needs.
- Develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate, monitor, and adjust warehouse material planning protocols to support production and supply chain activities.
- Implement best-in-class 3PL processes and procedures and leverage space planning models to maximize space utilization and improve distribution and fulfillment efficiency.
- Implement asset utilization plans to support optimization of the company/shuttle and forklift assets across shifts and buildings.
- Develop and publish KPI scorecards and management reporting tools.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field required.
- At least 10+ years of direct leadership experience in a large, complex 3PL environment.
- Deep experience in an SAP, Manhattan, or a similar WMS system environment.
- Knowledge of industry-standard 3PL billing processes and procedures.
- Proven experience motivating and inspiring a team to achieve industry-leading performance.
- Proven commitment to safety with a clean safety record.

- Demonstrated history of managing multi-site organizations, focusing on managing high-performing inter-facility logistics fleets.
- Self-motivated and self-directed with strong business acumen.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
