Responsibilities

  • Facilitate both short- and long-term strategic goals across core consumer product initiatives, with a focus on how visual content and media quality drive consumer engagement and lead generation outcomes.
  • Lead exploratory analyses to identify and size product development opportunities, balancing trade-offs between feature growth and optimization across the content and visualization ecosystem.
  • Drive continuous improvements in tracking and data quality
  • lead deep-dive analyses to understand product performance and address key strategic questions across content and consumer experience initiatives.
  • Ability to create ETL pipelines using dbt and Airflow.

Requirements

  • Extensive technical skills-proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Amplitude (or similar analytics tools).
  • Experience with AI-enabled tools (e.g., Streamlit, Claude/MCP, n8n, Windsurf) is a must.

Nice to have

  • Experience with A/B testing and causal inference methods (e.g., difference-in-differences, synthetic control, propensity score matching)
  • Experience with content analytics, media quality measurement, or marketplace analytics-including measurement frameworks for visual or spatial content.
  • Experience with LLM APIs (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, or similar) for analytical or data product tasks.
  • Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field.
