Responsibilities

  • A culture built on humility, support, and mutual respect
  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to pediatric patients
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and your multidisciplinary team

Requirements

  • Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
  • Colorado DORA OT license, or ability to obtain
  • Ability to sit 1 to 2 hours and stand or walk 4 to 6 hours daily.

Nice to have

  • Pediatric experience preferred, new grads welcome!

Compensation

  • $82,000 to $117,000/year or
  • Sign-on and relocation bonuses up to $15,000
  • Performance-based incentives up to $9,000 annually
  • Salary: $82,000 to $117,000/year or Pay-per-Billed-Hour: $70 to $86.40/billed hour, $90 per evaluation, $35 to $36/meeting hour
