Responsibilities
- This role will design and implement key messaging and core content, value propositions, and other key product marketing, promotion mix, and activation tactics as needed.
- Conducting customer insights, competitive and market research to develop a comprehensive and division wide holistic marketing plan for existing product portfolio and for new product commercialization.
- Developing the strategy and executing key marketing/promotion mix activation tactics in concert with marketing support teams such as events, webinars, and advertising for methodologies portfolio.
- Working closely with business unit managers and sales teams (grouper applications, regulatory and payer solutions, clinical and economic research, and related provider teams) to support strategic growth programs.
- While we continue updating the Solventum Careers Page and applicant materials, some documents may still reflect legacy branding.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from (completed and verified prior to start) an accredited institution AND ten (10) years of experience in product marketing.
- Experience in development of thought leadership and industry influencers
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Nice to have
- The expected compensation range for this position is $143,200 - $196,900, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
