3 years or more experience in project management in the construction trades
Construction related degree is preferred
Proficient with Microsoft 365 products
Effective time management
Ability to read, understand, organize, and influence multiple project schedules

Act as company liaison between customer, company, and manufacturer.
Equipment delivery between manufacturer and customer
Equipment Startup
Participate in site walk-throughs, on and off-site job meetings, and on or off-site warranty issues as required.
Review, evaluate, negotiate, and approve invoices from subcontractors for startup, commissioning, and/or warranty services up to budgeted amount for the project.
Seek approval from Sales Engineers or management for invoices exceeding budget.
