Responsibilities
- Supports the onboarding of new client accounts, including gathering documentation, preparing forms, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Maintains accurate and compliant client records and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Strong communication and client service skills, demonstrated through regular coordination with internal and external stakeholders and successful completion of projects or service requests.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, evidenced by consistently producing error‑free work, managing multiple deadlines, or handling high‑volume tasks in fast‑paced environments.
- Willingness to obtain certifications or licenses specific to the role

- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Nice to have
- 1-3 years experience in financial services, banking, trust, wealth management, brokerage, or a related field required
- Experience with customer relationship management or trust/wealth software preferred
- Related certifications or licenses preferred
- Dexterity of hands/fingers to operate computer keyboard and mouse
- Occasionally (up to 10 lbs)

- Supports Wealth Advisors, Financial Consultants, Trust Officers, Retirement Plan Specialists, and Retirement Plan Advisors in daily administrative tasks and workflow management.
