About the role
- West Monroe is seeking a Healthcare Managing Director to join our Healthcare Practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex business and technology transformation engagements, ensuring delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and measurable outcomes.
- Analyze client challenges and recommend practical, innovative solutions that drive sustainable value.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize complex information, and support data-driven recommendations for clients, exercising sound judgment in evaluating outputs.
- Lead opportunity identification, proposal development, solution shaping, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive practice growth.
- Develop and enhance methodologies, offerings, assets, and thought leadership that strengthen West Monroe's market position.
- Mentor, coach, and develop consultants and practice leaders while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
