About the role
- We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Protective Services Supervisor to join our Resource Protection team in Region 1 ( Vancouver Island, BC).
- This temporary position is expected to last 6 months, with hours scheduled up to 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years working in a Security Guard related role.
- Intermediate to advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 with Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams.
- Previous experience in training and supervising Security Personnel and Loss Prevention Officers is considered an asset.
- A strong problem solver with the ability to think critically.

- The successful candidate will be primarily based out of Victoria, BC and must be willing to travel throughout Vancouver Island as required.
- Must be available by phone after-hours and on-call shifts to address urgent issues and provide support when needed.
Compensation
- $26.00 - $30.00 The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
