About the role
- This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and on-time delivery while leading a high-performing production team.
- Ensure production, quality, safety, and delivery goals are achieved.
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, scrap, downtime, and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily warping and knitting operations.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and mentor supervisors and production teams.
- Partner with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency with ERP and manufacturing systems.
- Experience with ISO/IATF quality systems.
