About the role

  • This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and on-time delivery while leading a high-performing production team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily warping and knitting operations.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and mentor supervisors and production teams.
  • Partner with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficiency with ERP and manufacturing systems.
  • Experience with ISO/IATF quality systems.
