About the role
- Integrated Visiting Physician Solutions PC (IVPS) brings the doctor's office to senior or elderly homes, who; otherwise cannot find the transportation to make an appointment with their PCP.
- In addition, we make visits to senior settings such as:
- assisted living facilities, group homes, and other senior community environments.
Responsibilities
- Process customer referrals and schedule patients to receive home care visits from clinicians, matching customer needs with staff skill set; uses geographic scheduling to reduce drive time.
- Maintain documentation of calls, outcomes of issues raised for administrative review and follow-up.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate degree or college coursework in business preferred.
- Requires computer proficiency, the ability to accurately type, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with Outlook preferred.
