MPC Delivery HR Business Partner JOB SUMMARY We are actively seeking a strategic Human Resources business partner to work on the Human Resources Delivery team at Mississippi Power Company. This position will provide broad and strategic consulting in the areas of organizational effectiveness, employee development, compensation, succession planning, workforce
planning and organizational design within their assigned customer group. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging their HR expertise to consult on various aspects of human resources, tailor strategies to our business needs, and contribute to the achievement of company goals by ensuring top-quality HR service delivery.
