Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and production of drawings, specifications, and calculations during a project's design phase life cycle from conceptual design to completion of construction documents under limited supervision and coordination with managers.
- In collaboration with managers, oversees the development of structural designs and analytical models for various building types and materials using working knowledge of all relevant codes.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering technical support, resolving complex engineering issues, and providing guidance on innovative solutions and emerging technologies.
- Leads knowledge and skill development through training, mentorship, and technical leadership programs.
- Collaborates with project managers and executives to align technical priorities with business and project objectives.
- Leads the development and implementation of engineering standards, tools, and process improvements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with a structural focus or equivalent experience required.
- Work Experience: 12+ years of experience in structural engineering required.
- Certifications and Licenses: Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 12+ years of experience in structural engineering required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Nice to have
- Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred.
- NCEES record for licensure maintenance preferred.
Skills
- Serve as SME while leading internal knowledge, skill and process/standards development.
