Responsibilities
- Customer Opportunities + Support Redfin agents have everything they need to reach more qualified buyers and win listings.
- Our proprietary CRM helps you manage your deals and stay in touch with your whole pipeline, alerting you when someone might be ready to make another move.
- You'll get support from a dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and a team of showing agents.
- We're spending $65M in 2025 to connect our agents with buyers and sellers, equating to roughly $31k per existing agent*, on top of all the other ways we drive client demand to our agents.
