Responsibilities
- This role will work cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Product, and external counsel to prepare, submit, and manage regulatory applications across multiple jurisdictions.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent regulatory workstreams.
- To support this mission, we issue a card for our team to use for testing.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in financial services licensing, regulatory compliance, fintech, payments, banking, or digital assets.
- Familiarity with regulatory regimes such as money transmission, e-money, VASP/virtual asset licensing, or similar frameworks.
- Experience working at a fintech, crypto, stablecoin, payments, or banking institution.
- Experience coordinating with regulators or external counsel.
- Legal or compliance background (JD not required).
