Responsibilities

  • Supports adherence to production and packaging schedules and distributes crewing.
  • Works with other team members to reach budgeted line rates, prevent out of specification production, direct maintenance activities, manage raw material changes, and when necessary, uses the hold process to prevent out of specification product from reaching the customer.
  • Support the identification of value added and cost savings activities and projects.
  • Current schedule is Monday - Thursday week one; Monday - Wednesday week 2, subject to change Food and Workplace Safety Requirements Proactively manage safety by ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations and internal Company policies.

Requirements

  • Maintains plant cleanliness to satisfactory degree.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree and three plus years manufacturing related experience in a lead role, or five plus years in lieu of degree.
