About the role
- You'll operate across the stack: designing, shipping, and maintaining everything from frontend product experiences to backend services that power strategy, data, and operations.
- This role is ideal for someone who likes shipping end-to-end, cares about craft, and enjoys working in a small team with high ownership.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain frontend applications (web and/or mobile) and backend APIs powering core product experiences.
- Build internal dashboards, tools, and data visualizations for monitoring portfolios, experiments, and operational workflows.
- Own features end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, observability, and iteration.
- Maintain high standards for code quality, usability, reliability, and performance.
- You'll build core user interfaces, APIs, and backend infrastructure.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a full stack engineer (startup, product team, or high-ownership environment).
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize well, and thrive in a fast-moving, research-driven culture.
- Comfort leveraging modern AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, etc.) to increase output while maintaining maintainability and structure.
- (Optional) Experience with mobile development (React Native, Swift, Kotlin, Flutter).
- (Optional) Experience with financial systems, portfolio data, or high-stakes UX.
Nice to have
- Experience designing and integrating APIs (REST and/or GraphQL), plus strong understanding of data modeling and system boundaries.
