About the role

  • This is a mission critical role needed for ExaCare to sustain and accelerate its current growth trajectory and will play a central part in shaping how ExaCare scales over the next several years.
  • They will be tasked with thinking through how we can feasible go from 1,500 facilities to more than 10,000 facilities.
  • Success is defined by how much time is saved across teams and how effectively AI is embedded into day-to-day workflows.

  • About the Role ExaCare AI is hiring an AI Systems Lead to build and operate the internal AI engine that powers how the company scales.
  • This cross-functional role sits across Sales, RevOps, Growth, BizOps, and more, and is responsible for designing and implementing the systems, workflows, and data infrastructure that drive efficiency across the company.
  • We are looking for someone to own, stand up, and grow this function.
  • Working closely with the leadership teams, this individual will focus on building the systems, workflows, and internal tooling necessary to enable our team to operate efficiently.
  • You will be expected to design, prototype, and ship systems directly, not just define requirements or manage projects.
