About the role
- Job Details The Patient Services Associate (PSA) I enhances the patient/customer experience by courteously and professionally processing arrival and departure activities associated with visits to the practice/department.
- Primarily working at the front desk of an outpatient practice the PSA I verifies insurance, referrals and patient demographic information.
Responsibilities
- The PSA I supports delivery of the Jefferson Experience by placing emphasis on the prompt and courteous treatment of all patients and visitors to maintain an efficient flow of patients to examination rooms.
Requirements
- Must be able to communicate courteously with patients and/or visitors.
- Ability to complete multiple tasks and work under pressure.
