About the role

Ensure software quality, including writing and maintaining unit tests.
Achieve organizational goals while adhering to standards and best practice.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for enhancing the software development process.

Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for desktop, web, and mobile platforms using C# and related technologies.
Develop and integrate user interfaces (UIs) that are intuitive and align with user requirements.
Test, debug, and optimize code to ensure application performance, scalability, and stability.
Support and develop test plans and test cases.
Maintain and update existing software applications to meet new business needs or technological advancements.
Document software designs, processes, and systems for future reference and compliance.
Ensuring CDRLs and documents are developed in accordance with program specifications.
Collecting and accumulating appropriate technical information and data through researching and analyzing technical data and publications, engineering drawings, test procedures, design specifications/documentation, software description documents, engineering documents, and logistics documents.
Experience in developing mobile applications (Xamarin, MAUI, or related frameworks).
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in object-oriented programming, a passion for innovation, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Experience with frameworks like WPF or WinForms, ASP.NET or.NET Core.
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).
Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git, TFS).
Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
Ability to work independently in a team environment.
Travel may be required up to 25%.
REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE: Must be able to pass a background check.
