About the role
- Global PMO Administrator Ontic is a leading global aerospace OEM trusted by the world's aviation leaders.
- With over 1,300 employees across four time zones and seven sites, we have more than doubled in size since 2019 and continue to grow at pace.
- Our team is looking for a Global PMO Administrator to join them.
Requirements
- Experience creating executive-level reports and presenting data-driven insights.
- Experience working with project management and business systems, including CRM/Dynamics 365, Planner Premium, Clockify, or similar applications.
- Knowledge of governance, data management, and reporting best practices.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements through automation and AI-enabled tools.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
- C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.

- Produce monthly Project Updates and executive-level reporting outputs, including Power BI-to-PowerPoint reporting packages.
- Review customer Power BI reports to ensure governance compliance, data accuracy, and reporting consistency.
- Assist the Global PMO Manager in supporting PMO procedures, reporting disciplines, and data management standards.
- Ensure AI initiatives comply with company policies, data protection requirements, and governance standards.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness and adoption of AI-driven improvements.
- Monitor system usage and adherence to PMO standards, escalating governance and data quality concerns as necessary.
