About the role

  • The position is responsible for critical Finance Processing Services (FPS) functions, including the addition and maintenance of Supplier and Customer Master Data, 1099 reporting and supplier payments.
  • The role also requires strong interpersonal, customer service and process management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all assigned activities, particularly for internal key and non-key controls
  • Manage the Positive Pay file process
  • Develop and maintain accurate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all activities in scope for Data Operations

Requirements

  • High School + two year's of relevant experience or Associates Degree in accounting or similar

Nice to have

  • Related work experience
  • Additional skills in accounts payable/receivables database management and queries
  • System troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to travel as needed for training

Compensation

  • Incentive Plans
  • $21.00-$26.00 per hour
  • Process and send 1099 and 1042 tax documentation for assigned segments and brands on an annual basis
