- We're seeking experienced Contact Center Representatives with an active Florida 20-44 Personal Lines Agent License.

Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to policy-related inquiries via multiple communication channels
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and policy activity
- Support call center performance goals related to customer satisfaction and service excellence
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years of recent contact center or call center experience
- Active Florida 20-44 P&C Personal Lines Agent License or 90-44 Non-Resident Personal Lines License required
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- As a Policy Services Representative, you'll be the trusted voice for our customers, helping them navigate their insurance needs while making a meaningful impact on their experience with Slide.
Nice to have
- Homeowners insurance experience preferred
Compensation
- $20k-$44k
