Responsibilities
- Mentoring, training, and coaching technicians to develop relevant skills, uphold quality and efficiency, and maintain high morale.
- Partnering with Engineering to translate build requirements into clear technician workstreams

Requirements
- 2+ years experience leading or mentoring technicians in a production environment
- 3+ years of experience working in a production and manufacturing environment
- Extensive hands-on experience in composites manufacturing
- Proficiency using mechanical and electric hand tools, along with test equipment
- Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and product data sheets.
- Monitoring progress, resolving issues, and escalating risks to ensure delivery against production timelines. must be a great communicator to all types of stakeholders
Nice to have
- High school degree or GED certification
- Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Comfortable pushing an intense but sustainable pace
- Enthusiasm for boating, clean energy, and the water
- Passion and aptitude make up for a lot
Compensation
- Lead will receive a differential pay
- Arc Water Fund - Annual stipend to get out on the water, however you choose
- Semi-annual bonuses - Tied to your impact, not just your tenure
- The base salary for this role is S3: $39/hr + lead differential
