- Founder Support & Strategic Execution: Work closely with the founders on strategic initiatives, high-priority projects, and ad-hoc analyses critical to company growth.
- Internal Processes & Scaling: Support topics across hiring, finance and legal to ensure smooth day-to-day execution and scalability.

- In this role, you will work with the founders to drive growth, execute go-to-market initiatives, and build the commercial foundation of Uplane.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (business or engineering).
- Minimum of 1 year full-time experience in an early-stage startup or another fast-paced environment.
- work permit for USA required.
Nice to have
- Experience with or strong familiarity with inbound and/or outbound sales processes.
- Previous touchpoints with marketing or AdTech.
